Currently heading the Client KYC Group at MUFG for both Bank and Securities in London, Jay oversees the strategic direction, transformation and operational execution of KYC and client onboarding functions. His career spans key financial hubs including Dubai, Singapore, India, and London, where he has led large-scale operations teams across global locations. Jay has played a pivotal role in driving transformation and change initiatives within the AML and Financial Crime domain, focusing on operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and digital innovation. He has advised global banks on designing and implementing target operating models for KYC, end-to-end client onboarding, and client management functions.
