Nicola Poole is the Current Global Head of New Client KYC Onboarding at Citi. Previously, she has held various Executive Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) positions in Financial Institutions and has led teams focused on CLM Transformation and 1st line Operations in KYC, AML Monitoring and Pre/Post trade Client Services. Throughout her career, she has been actively involved across the industry in the development and implementation of CLM and Client Data Technology and has delivered several successful solutions in her roles. Nicola is now focussed on the increasing role of Technology and Innovative Fintech to drive financial crime detection, increase protection and enhance the clients’ experience.
