Simon is the MLRO for Barclays UK and Interim Co-Head of Financial Crime Compliance. Simon joined Barclays in 2021 having been in senior Compliance roles with a number of major financial services firms including Citigroup, HSBC and Danske Bank. Over the last decade, he has worked with partners in both the public and private sector to develop and enhance the broader aspects of the UK Government’s efforts to combat financial crime.
